Inca Gold – The Music Of Peru

(CMVC001)

A selection of Peruvian folk themes indigenous to various provinces of the country that were used in ancient times to accompany dances and carnivals. Recorded in Lima, Peru. The album uses three types of bamboo flutes based on instruments created over 7000 years ago, plus acoustic Andean guitars and bass drums to create the sounds of the mystic Inca culture.
